Today is “World Diabetes Day”

14 th November (besides being children’s day in India) is also celebrated across the globe as World Diabetic Day to create awareness regarding this deadly disease.

Diabetes do not discriminate. It can occur across all age group, geographical location, religion.

Common symptoms of this disease are frequent urination, excessive thrist, weight loss, lack of energy.

Lifestyle modification is the key i.e good healthy food along with 30 minutes of physical activity daily.
